One of the issues that one has to be careful with olive oil is its storage. If it is not stored properly, it can lose a lot of its qualities and valuable polyphenols in a short period of time.
Detrimental factors to the above include light, storage material and temperature.
Taking this into consideration, we decided to pack our olive oil into specially shaped stainless steel bottles with wooden t-cork and integrated pourer stopper.
Studies have shown that stainless steel is the ideal material for storing olive oil, since it is the only one that retains its characteristics as far as possible since the oiling phase.
